These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the websites and other online services (collectively, the "Services") provided by LLOYD FOR KANSAS BOARD / LLOYD4KSBOARD ("we" or "us"). By accessing and using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Some Services may have additional terms ("Additional Terms"). Where they apply, Additional Terms control over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.
We may update these Terms from time to time by revising the "Last Revised" date above, and in some cases will provide additional notice. Unless we state otherwise, changes are effective immediately, and continued use of the Services after notice confirms your acceptance. If you don't agree to a change, stop using the Services.

Mobile Communications If you opt in to receive texts or calls, you consent to receive automated messages from us on your mobile device, potentially multiple times per week. We do not charge for these messages, but your carrier's standard messaging, data, and other rates may apply — check with your carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to join a recurring SMS/MMS program providing alerts, donation requests, updates, and other campaign information, and you agree to this program's terms and our Privacy Policy. No purchase is required to participate. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for support or STOP to opt out at any time. SMS information is not rented, sold, or shared. Ownership and Limited License All content on the Services — text, graphics, images, video, and other materials — is owned by us or our licensors and protected under U.S. and foreign law. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, informational, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use without our prior written permission is prohibited and will terminate this license.
Trademarks Our name, logos, slogans, and the look and feel of the Services are our trademarks and may not be used without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, product names, and company names referenced on the Services belong to their respective owners; such references do not imply endorsement by us.
Feedback Any questions, comments, suggestions, or other feedback you voluntarily submit to us ("Feedback") may be used by us for any purpose, without compensation or attribution to you, and may be treated as non-confidential.

Indemnification To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lloyd for Kansas Board and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your Feedback, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
Disclaimer Use of the Services is at your own risk. The Services and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services or their content are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free, or that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, exemplary, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed any amount you've paid us for access to the Services. Applicable Law and Venue These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Kansas.
Modification or Termination of the Services We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time, without notice, and are not liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.
Severability If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Miscellaneous Our failure to enforce any provision isn't a waiver of that or any other provision. Section titles are for convenience only. These Terms are for the benefit of the parties only and don't create third-party beneficiary rights. You agree that communications and transactions between us may occur electronically.
